Rates
2010 Rates for 1 or 2 people
- 4 nights: Euro 500
- 7 nights: Euro 800,00
- Each extra night: Euro 150,00
Returning Guests Merit a Discount on the prevailing basic seven night rate for two people.
Minimum stay for one or two persons is four nights; minimum stay for three persons is seven nights.
- Air conditioning: 10 Euro per day
- Damages Security Deposit of Euro 150.
- Arrival / departure day: flexible.
Payment: to secure booking a non-refundable deposit of 30% of total amount due is requested; balance to be settled 8 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made 8 weeks or less before arrival must be paid in full on confirmation.
July & August: bookings accepted only for a minimum of seven nights.
Sorry! The apartment is stricly non-smoking both inside and outside, no pets are allowed and the apartment is not suitable for wheel-chair users. Since the apartment is not family designed, we cannot accept children under 12 years of age. Maximum number of guests permitted is three.
Notice For WiFi Internet Access Users: please note the WiFi access point uses WPA encryption to enable access to the internet from anywhere in the apartment and on the patio; however, should your laptop be WEP by default you will still be able to connect by using the ethernet cable provided, but only from the pc workstation.

Hallo and welcome to my website. You may be curious to know something about the owner of this apartment...the face behind the site!Well, although I won't let you see the face I can tell you that I really am English and have been living in Taormina for over forty-four years! I am happily married to a local Taorminese and we have one son (and three rescue cats!).
During my early years here I worked in the hotel trade then for many years I helped to run a car rental business. Once my son grew out of me, I decided to return to work enjoying a season in the admin office of the local Italian Language School.
Home commitments made it difficult to continue, so now I try to keep my hand in with international contacts by renting out my special holiday apartment, which, I'm proud to say, is my 'creation' since it was rather a wreck when acquired in 2005 and took a lot of effort to lovingly restore to a high standard.
Now it just needs you to enjoy staying in it as much as I enjoyed creating it for you.
